03 — Signature project

A 1923 Oak Bay kitchen, rebuilt for a family of five.

The Marlows had been through two contractors before they reached us — one took a deposit and disappeared, the other kept revising the number upward. We measured on day one, delivered a fixed-price scope on day six, started demo on day twelve.

Forty-two days later they were cooking dinner in their new kitchen. Custom white-oak millwork, quartz waterfall island, restored original fir floors, and a walk-in pantry carved from what used to be a cramped laundry nook.
